Vector Signed Modulo

The signed integer elements in vector a (two signed 64-bit integer numbers) are divided by signed integer elements in vector b (two signed 64-bit integer numbers). The remainder of the same sign as the dividend is written to vector (two signed 64-bit integer numbers). If a divisor element vector b is zero, the result value is UNPREDICTABLE.
