Vector Absolute Values of Unsigned Subtract

The unsigned elements in vector a (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers) are subtracted from the unsigned elements in vector b (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers). The absolute value of the unsigned result is written to vector (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers).
