Vector Floating-Point Multiply-Add

The floating-point elements in vector b (four 32-bit floating point numbers) multiplied by floating-point elements in vector c (four 32-bit floating point numbers) are added to the floating-point elements in vector a (four 32-bit floating point numbers).
