Vector Floating-Point Multiply-Sub

The floating-point elements in vector b (two 64-bit floating point numbers) multiplied by floating-point elements in vector c (two 64-bit floating point numbers) are subtracted from the floating-point elements in vector a (two 64-bit floating point numbers).
