Vector Unsigned Saturated Subtract of Signed from Unsigned

The signed elements in vector b (four signed 6432it integer numbers) are subtracted from the unsigned elements in vector a (four unsigned 32-bit integer numbers). The signed result is unsigned saturated and written to to vector (four unsigned 32-bit integer numbers).
